You run your business. I'll take care of your website.
Most websites break slowly. Plugins go stale, pages slow down, security holes open, and nobody notices until a customer does. With Website Care, I notice first.
Pick the level of care that fits.
Monthly plans are month to month with no contracts. Cancel any time. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate and auto-renew yearly with 30 days' notice before renewal.

Need edits without a plan?
On the Essentials plan or just need a one-time change? Grab an edit pack. No subscription required.
Single Edit
One focused change (30 min or less of client-supplied work): swap a photo, update text, fix a link, add a testimonial.
Buy Single Edit5-Pack
Five edits (30 min each), best value. Use within 12 months of purchase. Perfect for seasonal updates.
Buy 5-PackWhat counts as one edit
One edit is up to 30 minutes of work on content you provide. Swapping a photo, updating text, fixing a link, adding a testimonial, changing hours or prices. If a request runs past 30 minutes I tell you before I start, and the extra time is $125/hour, only with your approval.
Not included: new pages, redesigns, new features, writing copy from scratch, or anything needing design direction. Those are quoted separately, and I will tell you honestly when a request has crossed that line.
Packs expire 12 months from purchase and unused edits are not refundable. Edits are used one at a time, in any order, whenever you need them.
Edit packs work on sites I built and on sites I did not. If yours is one I have not seen, the first edit includes a quick look to confirm I can work in it safely.
Do the math.
Security breaches can cost small businesses thousands in lost revenue, recovery, and reputation damage. An Essentials plan for a full year costs a fraction of a single incident.
Why businesses trust me with their sites.
One person, not a ticket queue
You text or email me directly. No support tiers, no hold music, no "your ticket has been escalated."
I fix problems before you notice
Automated monitoring catches issues at 2am so you never have to. You get a report, not a panic call.
Plain-English reports
No jargon dumps. Every monthly report tells you what happened, what's healthy, and what to think about next.
What clients say.
Sebby rebuilt my law firm's entire web presence. He works fast, explains everything in plain English, and treats my site like it's his own. I trust him with the online face of my practice.
Working with Sebastian has been a fantastic experience. He took our vision for Elite Care Recovery and built a professional website that exceeded our expectations, from showcasing our NICE1 recovery equipment to making it easy for patients to reserve online. His communication and turnaround time were exceptional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, reliable web developer who genuinely cares about delivering a great result.
Fair questions.
What if you didn't build my website?
That's fine. Every plan starts with a free health check so we both know what shape your site is in. If the health check finds preexisting problems, I'll quote that remediation separately and the plan starts once your site is on solid footing. Most sites I care for were built by someone else.
What counts as included edit time?
Changes to existing pages using content you provide: swapping photos, updating hours or prices, adding a testimonial, tweaking text. Included time does not roll over month to month. Work beyond your included hours is $125/hr, always approved by you first. New pages, redesigns, copywriting, online stores, and custom features are quoted separately.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
I usually know before you do. Monitoring alerts me the moment something's wrong, and getting you back online becomes my first priority. Standard and Growth plans include restoration from a verified clean backup. If the issue requires deeper malware cleanup, forensics, or third-party remediation, I'll scope and quote that work before any additional billing.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans: Cancel any time, no penalty. Your site, your backups, and your accounts are yours. I'll hand everything over cleanly if you ever move on.
Annual plans: You have 14 days after payment (or renewal) to cancel for a full refund. After 14 days, the annual payment is non-refundable. You'll receive a reminder 30 days before each renewal so you're never surprised.
Do edit hours roll over?
No, included hours do not roll over month to month. Any work beyond your included time is billed at $125/hr, always with your approval before I start.
How does annual plan renewal work?
Annual plans auto-renew each year. I'll send you a reminder 30 days before your renewal date. If you want to cancel, just let me know before the renewal and you won't be charged. If the renewal goes through and you change your mind, you have 14 days for a full refund. No fine print, no runaround.
What if I need something bigger?
New landing pages, redesigns, or custom features go beyond regular care. I'll scope it separately and give you a clear quote before any work starts. Care plan clients get priority scheduling and preferred rates.
What about e-commerce or complex sites?
These plans cover standard business and brochure sites. WooCommerce, online stores, membership sites, LMS platforms, multisite, and heavily custom builds need more hands-on time and are priced individually after the free health check.
How much does it cost to pay someone to maintain a website?
For a small business site, most maintenance plans in this market run between about $90 and $250 a month. Mine are $99, $249 and $549 a month, and every number is on this page rather than behind a form. What moves the price is how much of your time you want back: the entry plan keeps the site updated, backed up and monitored, the higher ones add edit hours and someone actually looking at your Search Console. If a plan is more than your site needs, I will say so on the call.
What is the average hourly rate for website maintenance?
Mine is $125 an hour for work outside a plan, quoted and approved before it starts, never billed as a surprise. Rates vary enough between a freelancer and an agency that any single average you read online is close to meaningless. The more useful question is whether you should be paying hourly at all: a plan costs less than the hours it replaces, and the work happens whether or not you remember to ask. If someone quotes you an hourly rate for routine upkeep, ask what happens in a month when nothing breaks.
Can I hire someone to fix or manage my website?
Yes, and you do not need to have built it with me. A one-off fix is quoted on its own after I look at the problem. Ongoing management is what these plans are. The practical difference: a fix solves today, a plan means nobody has to notice the next problem before it is handled. If your site is broken right now, say so when you book and I will look at it before the call rather than during it.
